Today’s post in Infographics is very important for every designers and hard-workers who spend lots of time to achieve their goal which cause Stress. And Stress can have catastrophic effects on our health.

We feel stress about everything from money to our relationships. It is absolutely vital that we figure out ways to minimize stress, and science is proving that meditation is one of the best ways to do this. The Mindlev site has done a wonderful job creating this infographics and mentioned “Apirl 2012” as Stress awarness month.
